Mission Statement

"The Western Elmore County Recreation District is dedicated to creating strong partnerships enabling the construction and operation of a safe and affordable year-round family recreation and community activities facility which will welcome all people and will enhance the health, well being and quality of life for all Greater Mountain Home individuals and families."

Notice of Public Hearing

A Public Hearing will be held on August 27, 2008 at 6:30 pm at the Mountain Home City Hall.  This Public Hearing will be held by the Western Elmore County Recreation District for the purpose of obtaining public comment and input on the adoption of the budget for Fiscal Year 2008-2009.

If you wish to coment by cannot attend the hearing,  you may subit written comments to the Board of the Western Elmore County Recreation District.  Please submit comments prior to the date of the hearing by leaving them at the WECRD office at 140 N. 3rd E. or mailing said comments to P. O. Box 1347 Mtn. Home ID 83647.

A copy of the FY 2008-2009 Proposed Operating Budget is set, and may be viewed at the WECRD Office.  Please participate by attending the Public Hearing on August 27, 2008.
