Mission Statement

The Western Elmore County Recreation District mission is to promote the construction and operation of a year-round family recreation and community complex center.  This facility is to be located in Mountain Home, Idaho.  The WECRD seeks to achieve this mission by raising funds from individuals, corporations and foundations interested in supporting this community through investment in its members. The purpose of this community complex is to enhance the health, well-being and quality of life for all Greater Mountain Home individuals and families.

How can you help

To make the Mountain Home Community Complex Center (MHCCC) a reality, we need your help in raising the funds to build it.  There are things you can do to help.

• Make a donation or volunteer your time
• Start a personal endowment fund, give monthly directly to this Foundation
• Spread the word, tell everyone you know about the Mission of the WECRD (Western Elmore County Recreation District) and RFECI (Recreation Foundation of Elmore County, Inc.)
• If you know of a Grant that will apply for our Foundation, let us know
