In an effort to keep our community patrons informed of the progress being made by WECRD Directors, the minutes of all meetings are posted here in PDF format. This will assist the Western Elmore County District and its patrons in the communication process. All minutes posted have been approved by the district. Public Comment Policy: People wishing to speak may sign up using a comment card available before and during the meeting. Completed cards will be submitted to the secretary prior to the public comment period. Speakers will need to speak into microphone and state their name and address before beginning. Please limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Speaking time may be adjusted based on number of people wishing to comment. The Directors will listen to comments, and no action will be taken at this time, but action could be scheduled for a subsequent meeting of the Board.
